PLEASE HELP ME this is due Friday so if you could help that would be amazing!!

What does John Locke mean when he says all men are naturally in "a state of
perfect freedom..within the bounds of the law of nature?"

John Locke believes that we are born into freedom and we are free to do whatever we want, whenever we want, as long as we stay within the bounds of the law.
