Notice the volume of a cone is given by equation


Vo=1/3\pi hr^(2)
So since the radius is THE DOUBLE of the original value, the volume must be four times (since is squared) the oiriginal value, but since every value is multiplied by 2, the height is also double. So this increase the volume by a factor of 2. So the final volumen is eight times the original volume.

check:


Vf=1/3\pi (2h)(2r)^(2)=1/3\pi (2h)4r^(2)=8/3\pi hr^(2)=8Vo
So the final volume is 8(10.47)=83.76
