Yes and no. Yes because it attracts tourists and it’s good for the people who live near the area. No, because it’s not really necessary especially there are important things that government should take action for, instead of spending millions of money to rehabilitate the Manila bay. For instance, they should’ve spent the money for fixing the roads, schools, helping those in need (especially we’re going through a pandemic), etc.
