if I were in charge of distance learning I would do a lot of things. First would give certain teachers to online students while other teachers to f2f. If kids do good things they should get rewarded and not just say good job while f2f kids get candy and stuff. I would fix academic integrity.

I'd focus less on providing students with busy work consistently and put my energy into ensuring they're OKAY during this pandemic whilst also resuming their education. Classes are pressuring and just put more stress onto students which results in failure to provide solid schoolwork with correct and thought out answers, less is more sometimes.
