A blank cell that becomes specialized during development

You may have worded it wrong, but most likely it’s trying to talk about stem cells and how they specialize into different cells like nerve cells, blood cells, etc to form tissues, organs, organs system and more. This happens most during the embryonic development, but even adults have some stem cells than can specialize. The answer I think though is embryonic development. Hope this helped!
