A rectangle is formed by placing two identical squares side by side the perimeter of each square is 32 cm What is the area of the entire rectangle?

The area would be 128cm. If each square has a perimeter of 32, that means each side of the square has to be 8cm so when you put the squares together, two sides of the rectangle would be 16cm and the other sides would remain 8cm
