Explanation:

For each of them, you multiply the number on the left by 4.7 and get the number on the right on the same location. To avoid trying to go from 1 and going upwards for eternity just divide the number on the right by the number on the left ( same location, ex: 32.9 by 7 ) and so on so forth!
