1. Staring at screens or watching tv affects our sleep as we gradually get used to sleeping less and watching more.

3. Explaining the idea that you could set timers on devices so that when the timer ends and the device turns off, people are most likely going to immediately sleep after that. Relating to your own experiences and sharing them.
4. Sleep is an important factor in our lives, it affects us physically and mentally if we don’t have enough of it. Knowing this, people in workforces who are regularly sleep deprived should try and regulate their sleep as it could affect how they work and how much work they complete.
