Courts make up the judiciary, or the judicial branch of government. This branch has
TWO main jobs which include:
a) Controlling government spending and defense
b) Ensuring that the laws are fairly enforced and
interpreting the laws
c) Passing new laws and listening to their
constituents
d) Watching over the military and international
trade
