The answer is the first one, f(x)= 5/3x+9.

Think of rise over run. Y is rise since you're going up and down the graph, and X is run because your moving side to side on the graph.

So by taking the numbers from x1 to x2, you can see that it's moving over by 3. And from y1 to y2, it's going up by 5.
