X^2+14x+49-y^2

I need help factoring this. Could somebody run me through the steps on how to factor this? Thanks!

Since both terms are perfect squares, factor using the difference of squares formula,


a²b² = (a + b) (a - b) where \: a = x + 7 \: and \: b = y


(x+7+ y) (x+7-y)
