The cost of a mobile phone was Rs 6890. Later, Rs 560 was spent on its repair. If it is now sold for a profit of 8%, find the selling price of the mobile phone.

cost of mobile phone= Rs 6890

repair cost = Rs 560

Total cost = Rs 6890+560

= Rs 7450

Now ,

It is sold for a profit of 8% so,

sp= 7450+ 8% of 7450

= 7450 + 8/100 x 7450

= 7450 + 596

= Rs 8046

Therefore , the selling price of mobile phone with 8% profit is Rs 8046
