What is the best way to prepare for a history test (the night before)?

The test includes talking about 7 different revolutions, and remembering their main causes, factors and consequences. I dont specifically need tips on how or what to revise, but what to do the night before the test e.g sleep on time haha. Thanks!

read and write the most important things in cards, take a shower, don't worry, cuz u can do this and relax, everything will be fine
