A cell in the liver divides. its offsprings and all of their offsprings continue to divide as fast as they grow and synthesize DNA. is this likely to be a problem? why or why not? pls explain

Cancer is essentially a disease of uncontrolled cell division. Its development and progression are usually linked to a series of changes in the activity of cell cycle regulators.
