19 yo M has severe heartburn that he woke up at night with just 3 days ago-burning sensation in chest & stomach. Constant sx, eating/drinking worsens it. No similar sx before. Tried OTC antacids w/o relief. Also takes oral doxycycline initiated 3 months ago for acne. BMI 28. Management?
