y = (-3/2)*x

How to find the linear equation?

A general linear equation in the slope-intercept form is written as:

y = a*x + b

Here we can see that the line passes through the point (0, 0), thus, the y-intercept is y = 0, so:

y = a*x + 0

y = a*x

We also can see that the line passes through (2, -3), replacing these values:

-3 = a*2

-3/2 = a

The linear equation is:
