Molar masses of elements are –

  • Ba = 137
  • C=12
  • H=1
  • O=16

Mass of Barium acetate

= 137 +( 12×2 +1×3+16×2)×2

= 137 + 59×2

=255

  • Mass of 1 mole of Barium acetate is 255.Therefore, mass of 3 moles of Barium acetate will be( 3×255) = 765.
