Mr Apple lives in Virginia and wants to go to Maryland to buy some special pigs for his farm. However, he has a problem since no one seems to know how much Virginia money is worth in Maryland there's no uniform curruency). Therefore no one in Maryland is willing to sell him the special pigs that can only be found in Maryland because they don't know how many Maryland dollars equal a Virginia dollarCan the national government help Mr. Apple? Why or why not?

I believe not but maybe they can I am only saying they may not be able to because the government might consider this situation something to be handled by a banking accountant.and possibly a law firm.
