How would I figure this out? It’s graphing circles

There is no picture or any thing but the graph of a circle is completely determined by its center and radius. Standard form for the equation of a circle is (x−h)2+(y−k)2=r2. The center is (h,k) and the radius measures r units. To graph a circle mark points r units up, down, left, and right from the center.
