The boundary for y > 0 is the equation y = 0.

The equation y = 0 overlaps the x axis entirely.

Draw a dashed line over top the x axis. Then shade above this dashed line. Any point in the shaded region is a solution.

For example (1,5) is a solution while (2,-7) is not a solution. Points on the dashed boundary are not solutions. You can use a graphing tool like GeoGebra or Desmos to make the graph.
