Hi .

My maths lesson title was : 2D shapes and 3D solids
I know what a 2 D shape is and a 3D shape but why does it say '3D solid' instead of' 3 D shape' is it the same I am so confused please help me understand be cause that is what I'm learning about I think that they are the same though

Solids are three-dimensional shapes witch means you cant call a 2d shape solid ,Couse it specifically means 3d shape.
