In the first week of July, a record 1,040 people went to the local swimming pool. In the second week 110 fewer people went to the pool than the first week. In the third week, 145 more people went to the pool than in the second week. In the fourth week, 347 fewer people went to the pool than in the third week. Answer:

1,040 - 110 + 145 - 347 = 728

1 - (728/1,040) = .3 = 30% decrease
