What cant a viruses do?

Viruses are not made out of cells, they can't keep themselves in a stable state, they don't grow, and they can't make their own energy
And moreover they don’t have a cell membrane so a antibiotic can not kill them because the antibiotic main power is damaging bacteria cell wall to kill it but that doesn’t affect viruses
