Explanation:

By using the graph, I see that the slope is negative because the line is decreasdecreasing from left to right, if I use the rise/run from the two points shown I get -6/3=-2 the spole is -2x, the y-intercept is the point on the y axis that the line crosses, it intersects at 4, your equation y=-2x+4
