Solving

Let's list out the values of the points:

(-2, 1), (-1, 4), (1,4), (0, -3), (2, -2)

We can see therefore that the values of x (the domain) are therefore:
{-2, -1, 0, 1, 2}

And that the values of y (the range) are:

{-3, -2, 0, 1, 4} (if we have repeating values then we do not need to write them twice)

The answer is the bottom left option.
