A plural noun is a noun that refers to more than one person, place, thing, or idea. Ex: teeth, women, men.

Possessive nouns are used to denote ownership or to detail an aspect or attribute of something, ex: the *Student’s* notes, apostrophe before the s stands for ownership in a sentence
