(10-3x^2)= (10-3x^2)•(10-3x^2)= 10•(10-3x^2)+ 3x^2•(10-3x^2)

10•(10-3x^2)= 100-30x^2

-3x^2•(10-3x^2)= -30x^2+ 9x^4

(100-30x^2)+ (-30x^2+ 9x^4)= 100-60x^2+9x^4

Answer is 100-60x^2+9x^4
