Suppose you make your living fishing for lobster. You and everyone else are free to set out as many traps as you like. As more and more traps are set up, however, fewer and fewer lobsters are caught. Soon, lobster catches are too small to support your families. A meeting is coming up where you and your fellow lobster fishers will present possible solutions to this problem.
