Im only a freshman, but i think i got it, i just assumed that the other small part at the bottom was also 20 degrees, which would mean that you are missing the 140 degrees from the 180 degree line

120 degrees

Explanation:

The bottom part is 40 degrees,

the two lines are parallel, so theoretically, you can just put them together. Then using vertical angles, you can tell it's 40 degrees.

40 + 20 = 60

180-60 degrees is 120 degrees.
