Answer: x² plus 9

Explanation:

When you divide variables (the x³ in this case) you subtract the exponents, the x in the denominator although has no visible exponent, it represents x¹ because x⁰ = 1

Thus it becomes x²

and then you divide the numbers 27 divided by 3 is nine

and the negatives cancel each other out so it becomes positive
