A square fits exactly inside a circle with each of its vertices being on the circumference of the circle

the square has side lengths of xcm. The area of the circle is 56cm squared. Work out the value of x to 3 significant figure

Area of circle is pr^2=56 r=7.4833 so the lets find the diameter which is also a diagonal of the square d=2r so d=14.9666 now lets find sides which equals 2x^2=223.9995 x^2=111.9997 so x=10.5829
