In your own words, explain the difference between the economic and political policies of the Soviet Union and the United States.

The United States were a democracy that believed in being equal between everyone. The Soviet Union was communist and only have limited rights. The United States gave opportunity to people by allowing privately owned businesses. The Soviet Union did the opposite by having the Government own businesses that would possibly start competition between other businesses.
