The Indus Valley civilization was one of Earth's oldest civilizations, and because of this age the society has remained very enigmatic to us in the modern day and we are not aware of a significant amount of what their society was like, knowing only bits and pieces of what their architecture and culture were like.

It is because of this, in my opinion, that the Indus Valley civilization is valued just a right amount because its very hard to be super attached or appreciative of something we dont understand much about.
