I need help with math problem: 5(2x+6)

Answer:

10x + 30

Explanation:

When there is a number before parenthesis it means we have to multiply, so we will apply the distribution property.

5(2x) + 5(6)

Then we just multiply

10x + 30

Because we do not know the value of "x" we will leave it like this.
