Answer: DFE

Reason: Vertical Angle Theorem.

Erase ray FA. We have lines CE and BD intersect to form an X shape. The angles BFC and DFE are opposite one another and considered vertical angles. The angles do not have to be vertically aligned or stacked on top of one another. Vertical angles are always congruent.
