you would start the new paragraph just before “if i were to choose the worst restaraunt” this is because a paragraph should talk about one topic, and you should make a new paragraph when you move onto a new topic. in this example, the first paragraph is talking about your favourite restaraunt, and the second one moves on to talk about your least favourite restaraunt. hope this helps!
