Answer: I believe the answer is 1/3.

Explanation:

One of the points of Figure T is (6,6). If you then look at Figure S, the point that corresponds with that point is (2,2), which is divided by 3. However, the other two points of the image are not exactly on point, which leads me to believe that it is a fraction scale factor.

Thus, it would be 1/3.
