Simplifying eq(1) by taking 2 as common,

2(x-2y) = 2(-3)

x - 2y= -3 -----eq(1)

from eq(1)

x - 2y = -3

x = -3 + 2y ---eq(3)

substituting eq(3) into eq(2)

-(-3 + 2y) + 2y = -2

3 - 2y + 2y = -2

3 = -2

Therefore This pair of linear Equations Has No Solution
