use the formula 3.14r^2, the diameter is 13ft and 13/2= 6.5 then the radius 6.5 . so it will be 3.14x6.5^2 which equals 132.665. then the height is 17ft so you will multiply 17x132.665 and you will get 2255.305 which you want rounded to the nearest whole so 2255ft^3. volume is cubic ft not squared ft like surface area so it will be ft^3 not ft^2.

V=2255ft^3
