The answer is marital status.

Skeletal remains can of course identify the stature. It can also identify the race and sex, since race and sex have different skeleton structure/size... And marital status? C'mon, no one can just dig up your skeleton and say like, "This guy was single/married..." No one can tell what your marital status is based on skeletal remains, only documents.
