so you can always put a 1 infront of a stand alone x making 1x + 6 - 6x + 10

i also like to do a little trick were you can change the subtraction sign to an addition if you make what you subtraction negitive

so we have 1x + 6 + -6x + 10

we can add 6 and 10 and 1x and -6x make an end result of

-5x + 16

(or the other way since it is addition)
