Yes mathematically the max number of rolls you can get in a dice of two is 2-12 which is 11 different numbers so you have 3 numbers so 11-3 is 8 so mathematically you would land on one of those three numbers 2-3 times but it’s all a risk being you can roll the same number multiple times
