Answer: 1.25 and 1.33

Explanation:

question 3:

both sides of 24 became sides that measure 30.

24 times x = 30

therefore x, the scale factor, is 1.25

question 4:

3 increases to 4 and 15 increases to 20 (you have to rotate these shape before anything else to see the corresponding changes)

15 times x = 20

20 divided by 15 is 1.33 repeating, so 4/3

If u ever had a side getting smaller in the second shape, the scale factor would be less than 1.
