I believe the “Mahanite doctrine” was based on a person called Alfred Frayer Mahan. He was a naval officer for the United States. Mahan was known to be a strategist, so he was very strategic while in the navy, so he must’ve been very smart. Whenever someone says that they were “raised on the Mahanite doctrine”, it means that they are very strategic with their work.
