How do you think sweating works in increasing temperature

Sweating does not increase the body temperature it actually helps to keep your internal temperature within an appropriate range and draws heat from the body. As the evaporation takes place rather, more and more heat is absorbed and then body becomes cooler. Thus sweating helps to lower the temperature of the body.
