A² = B² + C²

9² = (SqRt (66) )² + C²

81 - 66 = C²

C = SqRt (15)

now find tan

SqRt (66) / SqRt (15 = tan

tan = 2.0976

tan^¹(2.0976) = 64.51 degrees
