0 = (-5/4)×4 + 5 = -5 + 5 = 0

true.

(0, 5)

5 = (-5/4)×0 + 5 = 0 + 5 = 5

true.

y + 5 = (-5/4)(x - 4)

(4, 0)

0 + 5 = (-5/4)(4 - 4)

5 = (-5/4)×0 = 0

false.

so, II is not containing (4, 0).

therefore, only I is contains both points.
