Answer: Yes, they are similar
If all the corresponding sides have the same ratios, then the polygons are similar.
48/40 = 6/5
24/20 = 6/5
48/40 = 6/5
24/20 = 6/5
The polygons are similar by the Side Side Side similarity postulate.
