Answer is ∠ABC = ∠DEC

Explanation

We see one angle has two sides 21 and 27
One triangle has two sides 14 and 18
We see vertical angles connect the two, those angles are congruent

Ratio of sides 21:27 = 7:9
Ratio of sides 14:18 = 7:9

So we know

14/21 = 18/27
Or
CE/CB = DC/AC

From this we see the 2nd triangle is a double reflection

It helps me to see congruent sides and the vertices by drawing congruencies on the triangles as I attached

Answer: Pretty much correct except one thing is wrong.

Explanation:

In place of CB you should write AB because the sides doesn't match when you flip the triangle CED.

Hope it helps!
