Solve for x: −7/9(x+3)=14

First multiply each side by 9 so you get -7(x+3)=126, next distribute the -7 inside the parenthesis so you get -7x-21=126, then add 21 to both sides so you get -7x=147, lastly divide each side by -7 and you get x=-21.
